In the winery they go easy on extraction and use French oak lightly, keeping the fruit up front so it's ready to drink on release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSilky red cherry and strawberry, with a touch of soft spice. Pour it slightly cool (14–16°C) with duck, mushroom dishes, roast chicken or salmon.
