Brut Tradition is led by Pinot Noir with Chardonnay making up the rest, fermented in barrel, aged on lees for far longer than the region requires of a non-vintage wine, and finished with a very low dosage. The result has the vinosity and depth that mark the domaine rather than the crispness of a conventional house style.
