He began making his own wine in 1998 with help from Anselme Selosse, and the range is built on this one vineyard, Les Béguines. Each release is drawn from a single harvest rather than a multi-vintage blend, vinified in barrel and finished with a low dosage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReady on release and capable of several years in bottle.
