Leclerc Briant traces back to 1872 and now works out of Épernay, with holdings in and around Cumières in the Vallée de la Marne. The estate is certified organic and biodynamic, ferments with indigenous yeasts, keeps sulphur to a minimum and finishes its wines with very little dosage.
