Leclerc Briant, founded in 1872, farms to certified organic and biodynamic standards and was doing so decades before the region as a whole came round to the idea. Its rosé follows the same winemaking as the rest of the range, with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulphur and extended ageing on lees.
