Jun 23","description":"\u003cp\u003eChampagne Pascal Agrapart Minéral is a grand cru blanc de blancs from two old-vine plots on the Avize and Cramant border, offered here in magnum.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines in both parcels are more than fifty years old and root directly into chalk bedrock, which gives the cuvée its name and its saline signature. Le Champ Bouton in Avize fermented in tank while Les Bionnes in Cramant was vinified in 600-litre oak casks, preserving citrus definition while adding a measure of breadth. The wine spent just over five years on lees and was dosed at 3 g\/L. Minéral is usually the saltiest and most mineral wine of the Agrapart range, and quality across the estate varies with the season rather than with the cellar work, which changes little from year to year.
