This release is based on three vintages — 2021, 2020 and 2019 — and reserve wine from the earlier years makes up a remarkable 70% of the blend, which is unusual at this level and a large part of what gives the wine its depth. After natural fermentation, half the wine matured in large-format neutral oak, and it spent over thirty-six months on lees. Dosage is held to 3 g\/L and disgorgement was carried out by hand in June 2025. It sits a clear step above the house's 7 Crus bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlready excellent, though another year under cork will do it good.
