Chardonnay makes up around forty per cent of this blend, well above the regional norm, with Pinot Noir and Meunier filling it out, and the wine spends three years or more on lees before disgorgement.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters, sushi or fried food.
