Grains of Paradise is a Shiraz from two parts of the southern Barossa: the home vineyard at Krondorf, south of Tanunda, and Rowland Flat, a little further south on the valley floor near the North Para River. Both districts have red-brown soils over clay and warm, dry summers that ripen Shiraz fully, and old dry-grown vines contribute concentration. The wine is matured in oak barrels and bottled under screwcap.
