The Kirche takes its name from the German word for church, a nod to the Lutheran heritage of the Krondorf district settled by Silesian immigrants in the nineteenth century. It is a classic Australian pairing of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, a blend with deep roots in the Barossa: Shiraz provides generous, rounded fruit and Cabernet brings structure and a firmer tannic frame.
