The vineyard is a matter of a few hectares of clay and limestone high on the slope, farmed at very low yields, hand harvested into small crates and sorted rigorously before fermentation. Merlot dominates, with Cabernet Franc and a little Cabernet Sauvignon, and the wine is raised in new French oak.
