The property has been held by the Perrin family since the early twentieth century, and is one of the few estates to plant all thirteen permitted varieties, with an unusually high proportion of Mourvedre. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically. White Chateauneuf is a small share of the appellation's output, and this cuvee narrows the field further by being made entirely from Roussanne, a low yielding variety that struggles in the heat but rewards patience on the right site.
