Its vineyard is a single unbroken block on gravel above the river, and the estuary moderates temperature and helps shield the vines from frost. The property has belonged to Martin and Olivier Bouygues since 2006, and a large rebuilding programme has since made the cellars among the most technically advanced in Bordeaux.
