Cinsault has grown there for well over a century and handles the heat and altitude with ease; Mourvedre adds structure. The Jeune wines were introduced as the estate's early drinking range, made without oak so that the fruit and the site speak plainly. Fermentation is in tank and the wine is bottled young, which is a departure from the long ageing given to the flagship Musar reds.
