The Saint-Julien team brings its rigour: careful selection, plot-by-plot vinification and a style that puts structure and length ahead of instant charm. Cabernet Sauvignon leads, with Merlot and some Cabernet Franc, fermented in temperature-controlled vats and aged in French oak, part new, for about a year.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCedary and firm, with dark fruit and a dry, gravelly finish.
