Clos Figueras farms at Gratallops, near the centre of the appellation, and was founded in the 1990s by the British wine merchant Christopher Cannan. The white is hand picked, gently pressed and fermented at cool temperature, with a portion generally raised in barrel and left on its fine lees for texture before the lots are assembled and bottled.
