The nose is delicately perfumed with light red currant and strawberry, soft smoky aromas, peppery spice notes and fresh thyme. Fresh acidity, complex spice and savoury, moreish tannins frame the palate, which opens up with time in the glass to reveal bright red fruit flavours.
