They farm and source fruit from McLaren Vale and the Clare Valley, with their own vineyards certified organic and biodynamic, and make wines with minimal intervention. This Grenache comes from old vines of around seventy years of age, planted in McLaren Vale, a region with some of the oldest Grenache in the world. Old vines naturally yield small crops of concentrated fruit, and the wine is made in tiny quantities, just a couple of barrels, with gentle handling to preserve Grenache's perfume and fine tannin.
