The winery joined Jackson Family Wines in 2016. A portion of whole clusters goes into the ferment and older French oak lets the fruit lead, while a few years in bottle have brought out savoury, earthy notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEasy and fresh. Serve it a touch cool (14–16°C) alongside salmon, roast chicken or mushroom dishes.
