Whole berries went into a sealed tank for five days at ambient temperature, fermentation ran a further seven, then the wine moved to seasoned French oak — twelve days on skins all up. Thirteen months in barrel and seven in tank followed before bottling unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed-fruited and youthfully radiant, as this block usually is, with more intensity than that description suggests: cherry, plum, a savoury edge and fine tannin.
