Being among the highest blocks in the valley, it is often the last picked each year. Hand-harvested and pressed as whole bunches, the wine fermented wild on high solids in three seasoned 500-litre French puncheons and a 300-litre stainless barrel, went to tank at five months and stayed on lees for another five. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFlowers and wet stone on the nose, then a sleek, elegant palate balancing alluring texture against a precise, savoury finish — a Chablis-shaped Corofin vintage, and better for the cool season.
