Pat Carmody has made the wines ever since. Sunbury is cool and windswept, one of Victoria's oldest wine districts, and this red is made in the same unforced way as the estate's well-known Shiraz, with oak maturation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlackcurrant, bay leaf and cedar over firm, fine tannins.
