A bluestone cellar from the 1860s still stands on the property, the Carmody family have farmed it since the 1970s, and picking comes off the home block with a deliberately light hand in the winery. New oak is used sparingly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark cherry and cracked pepper sit over savoury, fine-grained tannins.
