Cullen planted in 1971 and has farmed biodynamically since 2003, using its own compost and preparations. Fruit is hand-picked, fermented with wild yeast and matured in French oak, with the Merlot filling out the middle of the Cabernet frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 17 degrees with lamb, beef or a mushroom dish.
