In 2023 the addition of the 777 clone brought a darker fruit element and a hint of rose petal. The site's signature savoury tannins, sour cherry and cola are balanced by natural acidity and a seductive texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry it at around 15 to 17 degrees with roast pork, mushroom ragù or charcuterie.
