The 2023 opens with raspberry, cinnamon, violets and crushed pink peppercorn, then settles into plum on a sleek palate. Fine tannins arrive late and add a rolling texture, giving richness without anything heavy-handed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOpen it with rare scotch fillet, lamb shoulder or a mushroom and lentil pie, serving at around 16 to 18 degrees.
