Dandelion Vineyards, set up in 2007 by winemaker Elena Brooks and Zar Brooks, bottles it on its own. The 2024 is bright white-gold, with beeswax, mandarin zest and rosemary flower notes. The variety's natural breadth and texture are held in check by a firm, linear acidity, giving a crisp, clean and long finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe chilled but not icy, which lets the texture show.
