Their fruit comes from the Meadowbank vineyard, in a sheltered, fairly dry valley north-west of Hobart, and the slow ripening there gives Chardonnay texture without losing acid. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak for structure and released late, a hallmark of the label.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCitrus and stone fruit with subtle oak, a mineral line and the extra layers that come with age.
