It is owned and run by Angelo De Fazio, whose family came from Calabria in southern Italy. Zitta, the Italian word for quiet, is the family's label, and Shiraz dominates the plantings. Block 3 is the family's top Shiraz, taken from one section of the vineyard and released with bottle age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIt suits slow-cooked beef, roast lamb, game and hard cheeses.
