The block sits halfway up the north-western slope, taking all the sun on offer, which stretches ripening out over a long, slow finish to the season. For the 2024 Shed bottling the fruit was destemmed, fermented on wild yeast, and held ten days on skins with daily hand plunging. Short, gentle and deliberately unfussy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAromatics run to rose, cherry stone and orange peel, and the palate is light-footed with fine, grippy tannin and clean acidity. Serve at 14 to 15 degrees.
