Antoine Jobard, who took over from his father François in the mid-2000s, works from the village and farms just over a single hectare for this cuvée, spread across the parcels of Sous la Velle, En l'Ormeau, Les Herbeux, Les Lameroses and En la Monatine. All are in Meursault and all lie next to land classified as village, so the ground is essentially the same as the appellation wine, differing only in the boundary drawn on the map. The vines average 20 years.
