The holding covers 1.5 hectares across four sites below the village — L'Aumônne, Taupe Maison Dieu, En la Taupe and Les Crenilles — and a further hectare of vines was pulled out and replanted in 2024. Jobard describes the wine as a petit Pommard, and the harvest regime and vinification are geared towards brightness, perfume and what he calls digestibility: picking for freshness rather than sugar, gentle extraction, and ageing in older wood so the fruit stays in front. In his own words, it is the kind of Burgundy he wants to enjoy and to drink, which is a fair description of the result in the glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReady on release and good for three to five years.
