The winemaking has been unchanged for decades: traditional whole-bunch, semi-carbonic fermentation in concrete tanks, then maturation in a combination of tank and old oak casks. Where the estate’s Moulin-à-Vent and Fleurie are built for the cellar, the aim here is a bright, cherry-fruited wine for drinking young, and the half bottle suits that purpose neatly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrink now and over the next couple of years, lightly chilled.
