Domaine Collotte is based at Marsannay, the northernmost village of the Côte de Nuits, where limestone scree and clay give whites with a firm, mineral edge rather than tropical ripeness. White wine has always been a small part of production this far north, where Pinot Noir dominates the plantings. The wine is made simply, with fermentation kept cool and oak used sparingly, so that it drinks well from release.

Dry and crisp with modest weight, it suits shellfish, salads and light poultry dishes; serve at around 11 degrees.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
