This is the Loire's largest white appellation and its most reliably dry, shaped as much by the Atlantic as by the vineyard. The family follows the regional method: early picking, gentle pressing, a cool ferment in lined or stainless tanks and a spell on fine lees, which gives the wine its faintly saline weight without oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDry, brisk and salty, with green apple and a clean finish.
