Most of the Roussanne and Bourboulenc comes from two parcels: Les Esqueirons, where cool, limestone-based soils suit white varieties, and Les Bosquets, where Bourboulenc supplies citric freshness and drive to offset the layered Roussanne. Grenache Blanc and Clairette make up the balance, co-planted among predominantly red parcels. The Armenier family farms only about a hectare of white grapes, with a further fifth of a hectare of Clairette coming on stream. In the cellar the grapes are pressed as whole bunches and ferment naturally, mostly in steel tank, with a growing portion raised in low-impact Stockinger cask and some sandstone amphorae now in the mix.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrinking well young and worth cellaring five to ten years in magnum.
