Domaine Denis Mortet blends this wine from five parcels across 1.2 hectares of the cru, and it has been the signature cuvée of the estate since Denis Mortet’s day; many regard it as the benchmark for the vineyard. It was vinified with a third whole bunches, part of the lighter-handed approach Arnaud Mortet has adopted since taking over in 2006. Quantities are very limited.
