Most of the domaine's holding lies in the terres blanches at the heart of the vineyard, with a smaller millerandée parcel closer to the village. Millerandage produces small, seedless berries with a high skin-to-juice ratio and adds concentration. Arnaud Mortet has replanted six hundred vines here, and between that and consistently low yields the annual production runs to three barrels. The wine is raised in Cavin Aphrodite casks in the same restrained manner as the rest of the range.

A wine for the cellar, best from eight years and holding for twenty or more. Serve at 16-18°C with roast venison, beef bourguignon or Époisses.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
