Domaine des Aubuisières was built into a benchmark Vouvray address by Bernard Fouquet, who farmed some 28 hectares of Chenin Blanc across a range of terroirs; the estate is now led by Charles Lesaffre, long Fouquet's second-in-command, who continues the meticulous, terroir-focused winemaking that earned the domaine its reputation. The 'Amphoréale' cuvée reflects a more exploratory side of the estate's work, with fermentation and ageing carried out in amphorae to bring added texture and nuance to the classic Vouvray style.

This is a characterful, food-friendly Loire white, well suited to roast chicken, seafood or creamy vegetarian dishes.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
