Patrick and Sophie Ligeron grow it around Menétru-le-Vignoble, where they founded their domaine in 2015 on the grey marl slopes near Château-Chalon. Grapes are picked and destemmed by hand, and earlier vintages were aged in large 500-litre barrels.
