Domaine des Croix farms just over a hectare across both terroirs, in four parcels planted in 1955, 1956, 1957 and 1968. The domaine notes that in some vintages Les Cent-Vignes can be the first place in Burgundy to ripen Pinot Noir, yet careful growing keeps notable freshness and drive alongside the vineyard's open-knit, fragrant character. The 2019 was made with twenty-five per cent whole bunches, and the final blend saw only fifteen per cent new oak, which leaves the fruit and the site clearly in view.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApproachable from two or three years and good for a decade.
