Rather than isolate a single site, this cuvee draws on a wide set of the domaine's lieux-dits so that the terrace parcels bring fruit and suppleness while the slope parcels bring structure and length. The vines at Domaine du Bel Air are farmed organically at Benais, ploughed and hand harvested.
