Les Cloux holds the domaine's oldest vines, rooted in the clay and limestone mix common to the best sites in Burgundy, and they have been managed organically since 2009. The site has a reputation within Rully for balancing mouthwatering flesh with tangy grip and fine length. This is entirely Chardonnay, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 12 months in older barrels of up to seven years before settling in stainless steel, then bottled under Diam.
