Covering around 12 hectares, it is a site that grows very cold in winter and hotter than average in summer, and its wines are known for depth and authority rather than immediate charm. The Moreau-Naudet parcel was planted in 1978, is worked by horse, and lies next to the Raveneau holding on a cooler, more shaded part of the slope. Combined with the steepness, that gives the wine a saline, mineral imprint. It is now made without oak, fermented and raised in small stainless-steel vessels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA magnum of this will reward ten years or more in the cellar.
