This bottling is a statement of confidence. Only selected fruit is used, and French oak gives it the structure to age. Behind it is Bruce Dukes, a California-trained winemaker who has also made wine for a long list of other local wineries.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOpen it early: an hour or so in the decanter helps the fragrance and savoury notes come through.
