Wild fermentation in French oak builds complexity, and the texture is fuller and more layered than the estate's other Chardonnay. The fruit grows on gravelly, ironstone-rich soils, and the winemaker, Bruce Dukes, learnt his craft in California.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eComplex and textural, with fine acidity carrying the finish.
