The result is fuller and more layered than its sibling Chardonnay. Behind it is Bruce Dukes, who came to the region from California and was a contract winemaker for other local labels before this one.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere's plenty of texture and complexity, with fine acidity keeping the finish long. Serve at 10–12°C with crayfish, pork belly or a creamy mushroom dish.
