La Louisiane is one of the individual parcels Domaine Saint Damien bottles separately, farmed by Joel Saurel from the village of Gigondas with hand picking and no herbicides in the vineyard. Grenache forms the base of the blend with Mourvedre adding grip and a darker, more savoury note.
