The Gras family, based at Gigondas, farm organically and biodynamically well beyond their home appellation; Yves Gras built the reputation from the 1980s and his son Benjamin has since taken over. Wild yeasts, some whole bunches, then concrete and large old wood keep it fresh and direct.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed berries, ground pepper and a dry, herby finish, in a medium-bodied frame.
