Altitude and limestone scree below the Dentelles de Montmirail give the fruit freshness and grip. The domaine made its modern name under Yves Gras and is farmed organically and biodynamically. Hand-picked and wild-fermented, the wine is aged in large vessels and older barrels, so there's no vanilla gloss over the herbs and structure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark berries, wild herbs and dusty tannin; give it a decant. Magnums age slowly, so there's no hurry.
